– Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders to the 48 contiguous United States.
We charge a flat rate shipping for orders to Hawaii & Alaska.
We currently don’t ship internationally, although we hope to soon!
– What’s your return policy?
If you purchased a product from us and are not happy with it, you mayreturn it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us.

How dolinitiate a return?
1. Contact – Email service@thecushionlab.com with subject as”Return”, please include your order number & name within the emailso our representatives can better locate your order to initiate the process.
*Any packages sent without contacting service@thecushionlab.com firstwill not be refunded.
2. Repack Make sure your item is in the same, like-new condition,packed in the original packaging with all included contents.
3. Print & Ship Once approved, an order specific RMA Label*(non-prepaid) in the form of a PDF will be sent to you through email.
The RMA Label will contain the correct return address.
Once received, please follow the instructions below:
– Please print out the RMA Label.
– Place the “Return Authorization Slip” (the lower half of the RMA label)into the package.
Cut out the return mailing label and affix it to the outside of the packag
– Mail it back to the return address with the carrier of your choosing.
*Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost
4. Refund Once we’ve received and examined your return items, we wisend you a notice of refund and refund your purchase through youroriginal payment method within 3~5 business days.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, orders are processed within 3~5 businesdays and shipped through ground. Once shipped, it usually takesbetween 4~7 business days to receive your order.
Orders are shipped daily from Monday Friday. Orders placed onSaturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

All Cushion Lab products comes with a 1-year limited warranty forpeace for mind.
The warranty covers products against defects in material or workmanshipunder normal use and service to the original purchaser for 1-year fromthe date of original purchase.

How do I personalize the Adjustable Pillow to fit me?
Everyone has different sleeping styles and preferences; there are no setrules on how to adjust the adjustable shredded memory foam pillow.
However, here are some suggestions that can serve as starting points tohelp get you started.
For Back Sleepers
We suggest removing 1~3 handfuls of fills.
Try to adjust for a pillow height that can keep the head paralleled to theneck. If the pillow is causing the chin to dip into the neck, the pillow is toohigh. If the pillow is causing the chin to point upwards, the pillow is toolow.
For Side Sleepers
We suggest removing 0~2 handfuls of fills.
Try to adjust for a pillow height that keeps the head level to the neck withenough clearance to relieve shoulder pressure. The ideal pillow heightshould ensure your neck is straight and aligned with your spine.
For Stomach Sleepers
We suggest removing7~9 handfuls of fills.
Try to adjust for a pillow height the allows your neck to be straight withyour back. The ideal pillow height should provide good cushioningwithout causing the neck to be uncomfortably lifted.
How do I care for Cushion Lab products?
For The Pillows
All Cushion Lab pillows come with removable covers that are machinewashable. For drying, please air dry or dry on low heat in the dryer.
*The solid memory foam pillow core is not washable.
*The shredded memory foam fillings are not washable.
For The Weighted Blanket
The Cushion Lab Weighted Blanket has two parts with different ways forcare.
1. Dual Sided Duvet Cover
The duvet cover can be removed by untying the inner secure straps. Thecover is machine washable and can be tumble dried on low heat.
2.Inner Blanket
The inner blanket should only be cleaned by spot cleaning.
